Excellent professional service

The information I received about the hearing aids was honest and easy to understand. The audiologist explained everything thoroughly and was patient as I learnt how to use the hearing aids. All my questions were answered fully. The hearing aids give great clarity and are very comfortable to wear. I'm no longer struggling to hear what is being said and this makes life more enjoyable.

I can hear again!

I had ear wax removal in both ears over a couple of appointments. Emily was brilliant throughout—professional, reassuring, and she explained everything clearly. She took the time to make sure all the wax was removed safely and only worked when the wax was soft enough. Since having the treatment, I can hear so much better and I no longer get any pain. Hearing check for a 70 year old

The hearing test was conducted as promoted. A free examination that seemed both thorough and comprehensive. Faisal looked at all aspects of my lifestyle and it's relation to my hearing performance. The testing was conducted with informative commentary. Good job!

I can highly recommend recommend THCP

Their service and understanding is exceptionally outstanding, without being condescending or pushy. They are not the cheapest of aids but you get what you pay for, great built in technology Bluetooth and fully adjustable with a phone app. They give you a few weeks to get used to the new sounds you haven’t heard in years, and the follow up appointments can adjust any whistle or squeak you get.

Extremely good experience buying hearing aids

Shivali Chavda, the audiologist who saw me, could not have been better. She thoroughly explained all aspects of the hearing test and the options available to me. The care and aftercare have been first class. I had previously tried NHS hearing aids but did not get on well with them. I was nervous about spending a lot of money going privately but it has proved to be worth every penny. It is extremely reassuring to know that help is available whenever required and that I will be checked regularly. Highly recommend.

My wife was right!

My wife is constantly telling that I am not listening to her. What a surprise I hear you say. She noticed that when I am having a Zoom meeting in the house the whole street can hear me. A recent holiday she realised that I was shouting and loud. Well, I visited Saira today, who is an audiologist and she very nicely made me aware of my wife's perceptions. A 90 minute hearing test confirmed my wife's observations and, moreover, with a hearing aid fitted I could hear soft speech much clearer than without them, And, I had stopped shouting! Thank you Saira, and the Hearing Care Partnership for giving me a wake up call.

Comprehensive and Sympathetic

Antonio conducted a very comprehensive hearing test professionally and sympathetically. He fully explored my hearing loss experience and explained what may be happening very clearly. He also explained all about the tests as they were carried out and shared the results explaining in understandable terms about my hearing loss and what could be done. He then demonstrated with hearing aids what improvements could be possible and why it was important to take action to improve my hearing. I learnt a lot a misconceptions were answered all very clearly. The options open to me were explained without any pressure to proceed. Very grateful for an excellent consultation.

Excellent Service

I am a first time hearing aid user and was a little apprehensive about things. Debbie Risbey at the Gillingham, Dorset branch has been excellent. When I went for the hearing test, she was very patient and explained things well. From the fitting of the hearing aids, to subsequent visits to adjust the settings and make sure I was comfortable using them, Debbie has been friendly, reassuring and caring, making the whole process easy. Lee at the Carnforth Practice

I asked Lee from the Carnforth practice within Philip Jones Opticians to make a home visit to my Mum, who is an elderly lady with health issues and some memory problems. Lee attended on 3 occasions and could not have been more helpful and patient. We never felt under any pressure and found his extensive knowledge very useful and informative. Breath of fresh air

Following a trail of disappointments with Boots Hearing I decided to try The Hearing Care Partnership. I booked an appointment with Alex and he was such a breath of fresh air. He gave me a thorough hearing test and we decided on a trial of Oticon hearing aids which I have since purchased. I found Alex very professional, he listened to my concerns and couldn’t have been more helpful. He is someone I will definitely trust with my hearing ! Would highly recommend Alex Andrews

I visited Alex for advice regarding my hearing. Although I had hearing aids for the previous 3 years supplied by Specsavers, despite many visits my hearing remained below my expectation.
Alex was able to ascertain that my Signia aids were not able to be adjusted to adapt to my hearing loss and recommended Oticon aids. Upon fitting these aids my hearing was immediately improved.
I would highly recommend Alex as I consider he has the passion and experience to maximise my hearing potential.

A service of quality you can trust.

The professional and personal care I experienced was excellent. As an elderly person I appreciated the respect and courtesy shown towards me. It was so refreshing not to be patronised but have explanations given clearly and patiently.

This company went above and beyond for us

When my mum had her suitcase containing her hearing aid charger stolen, she was away from home and her trip was in danger of being ruined. The team at HCP went above and beyond and arranged for her to borrow a charger from a branch within walking distance of where she was staying. Very professional and friendly service provided by Matt Whettingsteel. The setup of my hearing aids after a full hearing assessment was done with great care in terms of both how well the aids performed and how comfortable their fit was. The various features of the aids and how they worked was covered in detail and all my questions were answered. Highly recommended service all round.

Superfast professional service

I arranged a last minute appointment as I was flying the next day and was concerned about the possibility of perforating an eardrum due to pressure behind a build up of wax. I was seen by Marcus. What a genuinely lovely professional person he was. Took time to explain what would be involved with the procedure and checked throughout that I was ok. It was an instantaneous relief when he got the wax out and the tinnitus and slight pain immediately disappeared. I would highly recommend Marcus to anyone who needs his services.

Lovely warm welcome

Lovely warm welcome and excellent audiology service from Debbie.
I developed Unilateral Tinnitus in my right ear which was very intrusive hearing a non stop loud hissing/buzzing noise.
Debbie gave some very good advice and did a full audiogram. The ENT consultant found this very helpful.
Highly recommend Church road Hearing care at Ashley Cross Poole.

Excellent Service

I don't think I've ever had a more thorough appointment to do with my health. It was 90mins with lots of discussion about my hearing and various tests. I learnt so much about how the ear works and felt the examiner was genuinely interested in my hearing issues. The service was excellent in every way.

Wax removal service at the West Malling Clinic

I had a wax removal service at the West Malling Opticians & Hearing Care recently, and I can not recommend Jay Abbott, an audiologist, highly enough. He was very professional, kind and patient with me, explaining every single step of the procedure and giving further recommendations. Also, the price for the service was fair, in comparison with other clinics in Kent and central London. I will come back there without doubt if any issues occur in the future.

Great Oticon hearing aids together with first class service from Elaine. Over my series of appointments everything was patiently explained and it was clear from the outset that she has a great depth of knowledge about both the product and hearing difficulties. Matt Baker in Gnosall Staffordshire was absolutely brilliant he explained all about ears and ear wax and mine was really bad after years of backing up in the ear canal. At my first visit Matt advised he couldn't sort the ear wax until 2 weeks of using drops. I also had a thorough hearing test. Cant recommend the hearing care partnership and Max enough!!!

Matt was incredibly helpful. I have known for a while that I needed hearing aids and had needed to prepare myself for the appt. Matt was great and did a very thorough set of hearing tests, explained all the options available to me based on my home and work needs and overall I felt involved and listened too. No pressure and not rushed. On day two with my new hearing aids and they are amazing. The fitting process was really easy and Matt has followed up already.

My 93 year old mother is a recent patient of Grichma Trambaclal of the Hearing Care Partnership based in Glenfield, Leicester. Grichma is very caring and thorough and makes each visit an enjoyable experience. These guys are outstanding in every…

These guys are outstanding in every way. Their consultant listened to my story, clarified anything he wasn't 100% sure he'd fully understood, tested my hearing then suggested solutions he thought would be appropriate. And they were. Thanks to THCP I can now hear better than I could ten years ago, and if I need more volume or more clarity I can change the settings of my new hearing aids from my mobile phone. No more NHS batteries either, I can simply recharge them overnight. A week after I took delivery there was a small problem with one of my new hearing aids. It was fixed within 24 hours. So top marks for both pre- and post-sales support. 100% recommended.

Iram Zaman, the consultant was excellent - friendly, approachable and informative. She explained every procedure and prepared me for the sensations I would be experiencing. I have had a blockage in my right ear for several weeks and my hearing has obviously been affected. Iram showed me the pictures of the inside of both my ears so I could understand exactly what the problem was. After the syringing, which was totally painless, the improvement in my ear and hearing was immediate. I had a thorough hearing test and I am aware where my hearing is on 'the normality scale'! I shall continue to have regular hearing tests in the same way my eyes are tested.
