I was impressed by the knowledge & professionalism by Celeste de Freitas. I felt relaxed & confident especially when I had my hearing aids fitted as I was nervous. Celeste had a friendly & outgoing approach to me & my husband Alan who accompanied me mainly as a backup in case I forgot anything.

Hearing Assessment and hearing aid fitting at Battle, by Celeste de Freitas. Celeste was very professional and provided an excellent service; she painlessly took me through the whole process of the assessment and fitting and explained it in a simple and understandable way. I'm very impressed with my new hearing aids and am looking forward to what I know is going to be a high quality after service.
