I came in for some ear impressions and had a great experience. The audiologist was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I also had a complimentary hearing test. I can't recommend highly enough.

It was my very first hearing test, didn't know what to expect, very nervous, but Nadia made me feel at ease straight away. She was very professional, very skilful and very polite and laughed at my jokes. The whole experience, including the wax removal, was carried out at the highest professional standard. Very impressed.

I was impressed by the knowledge & professionalism by Celeste de Freitas. I felt relaxed & confident especially when I had my hearing aids fitted as I was nervous. Celeste had a friendly & outgoing approach to me & my husband Alan who accompanied me mainly as a backup in case I forgot anything.

A recent holiday she realised that I was shouting and loud. Well, I visited Saira today, who is an audiologist and she very nicely made me aware of my wife's perceptions. A 90 minute hearing test confirmed my wife's observations and, moreover, with a hearing aid fitted I could hear soft speech much clearer than without them, And, I had stopped shouting!
