Flexible Hearing Aid Payment Plans

We offer flexible ways to spread the cost of your hearing aids, helping make high-quality hearing care more affordable.

Choose our interest-free 10-month plan, which requires a 30% deposit followed by ten equal monthly payments – with no additional cost.

Alternatively, you can spread payments over 24, 36 or 48 months at 9.9% APR, with a minimum 10% deposit and the option to pay up to 50% upfront.

All payments are made by direct debit, making the process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Finance options are subject to status and affordability checks.

Applying for a hearing aid payment plan with THCP is simple and straightforward:

Book a free hearing assessment – Schedule a consultation with a hearing specialist to assess your hearing needs and recommend the best solution if hearing loss is detected.
Bespoke hearing aid fitting – After the assessment, we will introduce our hearing aids package, followed by a personalised fitting to ensure that the chosen hearing aids provide optimal comfort and performance.
Set up your payment plan – Choose between interest-free or extended payment options, and we’ll guide you through the setup process and repayment schedule.
Hearing aid reviews – Once approved, we’ll schedule a follow-up to ensure everything is working optimally. In the meantime, you can start enjoying the benefits of improved hearing right away.

The hearing test was something like I thought it would be, but afterwards, Faisal was really good at explaining how he knew I was hearing vowels but not all constanants, which could be the cause of my problem. He then talked more to me before allowing me to try a sample hearing aid. It was actually amazing, and I then went further into the hearing aids offered and ordered a pair. Hearing Aid Payment Plan FAQ’s

Our payment plans are available to UK residents aged 18 or over. No credit check is required, but eligibility is subject to an affordability assessment.

If we are unable to collect your Direct Debit, we will attempt to collect the amount again within 15 days.

If the payment fails a second time, or no payment is received for two months or more, your payment plan will be suspended, and the full remaining balance will become payable. In this case, our finance or audiology team will contact you to arrange payment.

No, our hearing aid payment plans do not require a credit check, making them accessible to more people who need hearing support.

Our 0% interest plan requires a minimum 30% deposit. For extended payment options at 9.9% APR, a minimum 10% deposit is required, with the option to pay up to 50% upfront.
