Yursa Malik

Audiologist

Yursa holds a BSc in Healthcare Science (Audiology), having graduated in 2022 with a dissertation focused on data collection in neurological auditory brainstem responses. During her studies, she gained valuable hands-on experience through an NHS placement, working in both clinic settings and providing domiciliary care, which helped shape her patient-first approach.

She joined The Hearing Care Partnership to focus on delivering high-quality, individualised care in a setting that prioritises patient outcomes. The chance to work with advanced hearing aid technology and modern diagnostic equipment aligned perfectly with her commitment to clinical excellence.

Yursa enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, where continuous learning and professional development are encouraged. She values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping to improve their hearing and quality of life.

Outside of work, Yursa loves taking on new baking challenges, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places. She’s also currently learning a new language, embracing the joy of discovery both personally and professionally.
