Niharika Dhir

Niharika joins The Hearing Care Partnership as a Hearing Aid Audiologist, having graduated with First Class Honours in Healthcare Science (Audiology). Her passion for audiology was strengthened not only through her academic achievements but also during her clinical placement, where she developed key skills in patient care, diagnostic testing, and hearing aid fitting.

She chose to join The Hearing Care Partnership for its strong emphasis on clinical excellence, patient-first values, and supportive, collaborative culture. Niharika was particularly drawn to the company’s holistic approach to hearing care, where time, empathy, and attention to each individual’s needs are central to every appointment.

In her role, Niharika likes making a real difference in people’s lives by helping them reconnect with the world around them through better hearing. She is excited to build trusting relationships with her patients, support them on their hearing journey, and continue developing her clinical skills using the latest technology in a patient-focused environment.

Outside of work, Niharika enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes, as well as spending quality time with friends and family. She also has a love of learning, often exploring new ideas and interests through reading, podcasts, and films.
