Lucie Reed

She began her journey with The Hearing Care Partnership as a Wax Clinician and has since progressed into her current role as a Hearing Care Assistant. Prior to this, she spent six years working as a dispensing pharmacy manager, where she developed strong patient care and leadership skills. Looking for a new challenge, she was keen to expand her knowledge within the healthcare sector and explore a new area of patient support.

She is passionate about developing her career in audiology and is excited by the opportunity to help people hear more clearly. Seeing the positive reaction from patients when their hearing improves is something she finds incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, she is a proud mum to her young son. They enjoy spending time outdoors together, exploring the forest and heading out on adventures with their dog.
