As Regional Events Coordinator at The Hearing Care Partnership, Jasmine brings a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for helping people feel comfortable, supported, and valued. Her career journey spans customer service and hospitality roles, before progressing into an Events Coordinator position at a well-known organisation, where she developed her leadership, organisational, and people skills.
Jasmine chose to join The Hearing Care Partnership because of its clear commitment to compassionate care. Having a brother with partial hearing loss has given her a personal understanding of the importance of hearing health and the difference the right support can make. She finds real fulfilment in being part of a team that listens carefully, offers reassurance, and ensures every patient feels at ease.
In her role, Jasmine enjoys connecting with patients, understanding their needs, and supporting them throughout their hearing care journey. She is motivated by seeing the positive impact that good hearing care can have on confidence, connection, and quality of life.
Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys staying active, discovering new coffee spots, spending time with friends, travelling, experiencing different cultures, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
