Ian Rushton

After spending nearly a quarter of a century in the army and nine years as a security contractor in the Middle East, Ian fancied a change in career after an opportunity to work in the private hearing care sector came about.

He wanted to work in a patient-focused area he hadn’t considered and qualified as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with Aston University, before going on to spend seven years at a practice.

Ian joined The Hearing Care Partnership in 2022 and was attracted by its approach to helping people with their hearing care.

Outside of work, Ian is married with four children. He enjoys watching rugby and walking his dog.
