Dion holds an MSc in Clinical Science (Neurosensory Science) and a BSc in Physics for New Technology. His career highlights include completing the Scientist Training Programme in 2015, leading to three years as a Clinical Scientist in Audiology in the NHS. Dion then worked as a Charge Audiologist in Hawke's Bay Hospital, New Zealand, before founding his own successful practice, Hearing & Balance, providing top-quality care and a wide selection of hearing aids.
Returning to the UK, Dion chose to join The Hearing Care Partnership (THCP) due to its dedication to clinical excellence and offering a range of hearing device options. He was drawn to THCP's independent approach, allowing him the freedom to prioritise client needs over sales. In his role as a Hearing Aid Audiologist, Dion finds joy in working collaboratively with clients to find tailored solutions that improve their quality of life and combat social isolation related to hearing loss.
Outside of work, Dion enjoys golf, reading on his canal boat with his wife, exploring local pubs and restaurants, and supporting his beloved Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
