I had a wax removal service at the West Malling Opticians & Hearing Care recently, and I can not recommend Jay Abbott, an audiologist, highly enough. He was very professional, kind and patient with me, explaining every single step of the procedure and giving further recommendations. Also, the price for the service was fair, in comparison with other clinics in Kent and central London. I will come back there without doubt if any issues occur in the future.

It was so easy and convenient to book online. Antonio explained everything and was kind and reassuring. I thought I was just having wax removal but actually had a whole package with hearing and pressure tests. I highly recommend and would definitely return if the occasion arises again.
