I recently had a ear wax removal appointment with Aphra. The consultation was very friendly and extremely thorough. As well as carrying out the ear wax removal very efficiently, Aphra noticed an issue in my right ear. She then took the time to write to my Doctor suggesting a referral to the ear, throat and nose clinic and provided supporting pictures also. All in all, I couldn't recommend the Hearing Care Partnership more highly!
