Waltham Abbey Opticians, based in the historic Essex town of Waltham Abbey, is now working with The Hearing Care Partnership (THCP) to offer a full range of hearing care services. Free hearing tests, the latest hearing aids, ear wax removal, tinnitus consultations and specialist hearing protection will all be available from the practice.
Waltham Abbey Opticians was first established in the heart of the town in 1987 and have been serving the local community ever since. The team are very proud of their position as the first and original independent opticians to open on Sun Street, and have committed wholeheartedly to delivering expert eye care from the day they opened their doors more than three decades ago.
Waltham Abbey Opticians have invested in the very latest optical equipment to help their clinical professionals to provide the most thorough possible eye examinations, working beyond the limits of traditional testing methods. One of their optometrists also practices at Moorfields, the most highly respected Eye Hospital in the UK, reinforcing their reputation for clinical excellence.
Complementing the clinical team is the experienced, caring dispensing team, who make sure that every customer enjoys the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that the practice maintains. The range of glasses at Waltham Abbey Opticians is extensive and offers something for every style and budget, with the team on hand to offer advice and to help ensure a perfect fit.
THCP’s expert audiologist, Jamie Wray, is looking forward to joining the Waltham Abbey practice: “I love working with such a dedicated and skilled team, who all share the same vision – it’s great being able to use my full clinical skill base as well as being able to focus on delivering person-focused care.”
