Rachel joined The Hearing Care Partnership as an Audiologist, bringing with her over 12 years of experience in the field. She began her audiology career in the NHS as an Audiology Assistant, a technician-level role that gave her a strong foundation in patient-centred care. Supported through her training, she progressed to degree level in Hearing Aid Audiology before completing an independently led equivalence portfolio to qualify as a full Audiologist.
Throughout her career, Rachel has worked across a wide range of clinical settings, supporting patients with diverse needs and collaborating closely with services such as Hearing Therapy and ENT. This breadth of experience has helped shape her skills and deepen her understanding of audiological care.
Drawn to The Hearing Care Partnership for its strong focus on diagnostics, Rachel values the opportunity to carry out thorough assessments, ensuring each patient receives care tailored to their individual needs. Her goal is always to balance what patients want with what will provide the most benefit, making a real difference to their quality of life.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors, whether cycling, paddleboarding, or walking. She is also actively involved in her local Surf Life Saving Club, where she volunteers as Nippers Manager, helping to support and inspire the next generation.
