Friendly and efficient help to improve my hearing
I'm 74-years-old and have been putting off doing anythinng about my degenerating hearing for years. I visited Wardale Williams Opticians in Sudbury, Suffolk to have an eye test and noticed that they offered hearing assessments through the Hearing Care Partnership so I signed up for one.

I recently had a hearing test with Ian at Wardale Williams, Sudbury. The tests were extensive and covered sound and speech. Throughout Ian was so clear and patient, explaining each step. At the fitting Ian explained everything so clearly and gave me lots of time to try everything myself.

Excellent all round service!
I can thoroughly recommend Ian at the Sudbury practice. The initial consultation was very thorough and he took the time to explain everything at every stage. I certainly learnt a great deal about my hearing. The follow up appointment was also conducted in a friendly, caring and patient manner. First class service.
