Booked appointment with faye with potential ear wax ,absolutely brilliant experience. Faye very punctual and professional. as there was no wax she said no cost ! If I had gone through nhs route, which u can't even get in would of taken months to reach diagnosis.

Five star service upon walking through the door!
I received a very warm welcome upon arriving for my appointment, and a lovely cup of coffee, while a waited a few short minutes to be seen. The Audiologist Faye was very friendly, explained the whole process in great detail and before I knew it the procedure (ear wax removal) was done!
