My audiologist , Louise Griffin is lovely in every way. She is very helpful , easy to talk to and I trust her advice. I have complete confidence in her and she doesn't push for a sale at all .

Louise was there to explain absolutely…
Louise was there to explain absolutely everything - including simple questions that I brought up. She took me through each stage - explaining how the hearing aids work, what I needed to do, how it helps to get into a routine with the hearing aids.

Louise at Penzance was professional
Louise at Penzance was professional, caring and kind in her approach. There was no sales pressure, and a relaxed unhurried atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone, like me, suspecting their hearing is starting to deteriorate.
