I saw Holly for custom earplug moulds and she was absolutely fantastic. She explained the procedure clearly and she was very patient with me. The person at the reception was also very welcoming and kind. Thanks so much!

Friendly greeting followed by polite and professional service. The equipment was handled with competence and the clinician was thorough and explained each step to ensure I understood what was to happen. The treatment for wax removal was painless and I have been very pleased with the outcome and clearer hearing.

I can hear again!
I had ear wax removal in both ears over a couple of appointments. Emily was brilliant throughout—professional, reassuring, and she explained everything clearly. She took the time to make sure all the wax was removed safely and only worked when the wax was soft enough.
