Brilliant service
I was unsure what to expect when I went for my first appointment but Matt made me feel comfortable. Matt explained everything to me regarding my hearing test, he then explained the different types of hearing aids.

I was very worried about seeking advice from a hearing audiologist as I did not think I could be helped. Having had a problem in one of my ears for over 30 years and struggled to hear properly in the other now, Matt Baker at the hearing care partnership in McCrakens Opticians calmed my worries and made me feel relaxed.
