Tilly is a Trainee Hearing Care Assistant at The Hearing Care Partnership, bringing enthusiasm, compassion, and a genuine desire to help people. After completing her A-levels in 2025, including four years studying Health and Social Care, she knew she wanted to begin a career centred around supporting others. Her BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care has given her a strong foundation in understanding people’s needs and delivering care with empathy.
Tilly first discovered The Hearing Care Partnership during her A-level work experience, where she immediately felt at home in the clinic environment. She was drawn to the company’s patient-focused approach and the chance to build meaningful relationships with the people she supports.
In her role, Tilly is most looking forward to meeting new people and playing a part in improving their quality of life. She is excited to continue learning, growing her skills, and building the foundations of a long and rewarding career in hearing care.
Outside of work, Tilly enjoys going to music festivals, spending time with friends, and baking whenever she gets the chance.
