Ear wax gone!
I had an appointment yesterday with Mr Rixon for wax removal and hearing assessment. Communication can be so difficult when one has blocked ears! One can feel so stupid. Thank you Mr Rixon for your excellent service

Dagmara has helped my Dad here for the 1st time in years! She spent as long as it took to solve the problem which has been looked at for years on both sides of the Atlantic. At 87, he is not always polite or grateful, but we are. due to Dagmara's patience and perseverance. We are so grateful
