Excellent service by Saira
I wanted to thank especially Saira Nahim for her excellent service today at the Waltham Abbey store where she kindly helped me with some custom earplugs for long distance swimming.

My wife was right!
My wife is constantly telling that I am not listening to her. What a surprise I hear you say. She noticed that when I am having a Zoom meeting in the house the whole street can hear me. A recent holiday she realised that I was shouting and loud.

Excellent service, booked an appointment for ears to be cleared of wax, It was explained of what was involved and shown video of before and after the process, wow what a difference to my hearing, thank you.
