A first-class service
From having my free hearing test through to my latest appointment I have been treated with the utmost respect and made to feel at at ease on every visit. My hearing test showed that I had severe hearing loss in my left ear and I subsequently bought an Oticon hearing aid which has made such a difference to my life.

I attended my follow-up appt with a lovely guy Liam Smith who was very patient with me and listened to my queries I am so delighted with my new hearing aids I can now now hear so much better Liam took trouble to explain things to me I am so pleased I have gone to this company Thank you Liam regards Isobel

Improved social conversations.
Fortunately I didn't have to have the TV volume raised to an annoyingly high level. So I made an appointment with Opticon,and was seen by Liam within a week. He then tested my hearing and showed me the frequencies I was struggling to hear.
