At university, Alisha delved into Healthcare Science with a focus on Audiology. After gaining her first-class degree, her career journey included valuable experiences at Royal Derby Hospital, where she worked in Paediatric Audiology, and later at Queens Hospital Burton, focusing on Adult Audiology.

Choosing to join THCP, Alisha was attracted to the company's growth trajectory and opportunities for advancement. She resonates with THCP's core values and appreciates the commitment to personal and professional development. In her role as an audiologist, she enjoys expanding her existing skills and acquiring new knowledge, fostering personal growth, and contributing to the success of the team.

Outside of work, she enjoys indulging her creative side through art and crafts, and maintains a healthy lifestyle with regular gym sessions and swimming.
