i am a 76 yearold guy and pretty hard at hearing , perhaps not the easiest type of customers to deal with . From the outset Michelle Tippen made you feel at ease but at the same time retained her professionalism whilst finding out the extent of your deafness and the domonstrating of the aids that you would require .
