I attended my 6 monthly check up today & can't praise Jay enough. He is so friendly, patient & caring making sure I am comfortable with my hearing aids & sound level. I am prone to a building up of ear wax & he always checks to make sure if this needs to be removed at no extra cost. Such a good follow up service.

Hearing test, Kent
Had a hearing test today with Jay Abbot in Paddock Wood, Kent. Would highly recommend this service. Jay was professional, friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. He explained everything in a clear , concise manner, so I could understand every step of the process . Nice to have such a positive experience
