Outstanding
I saw Shivali Chavda 3 times in total and she was outstanding. As a fellow health care professional and a slightly anxious patient, I have to say she is really expert at what she does (and clearly enjoys it) and explained everything very clearly but also has a very kind and caring approach which put me at ease.
