My ears were blocked
I had not been able to hear properly for quite sometime and had experienced some pain form the ear wax blockage. The ear wax removal was a great relief and painless and the ear test was professional and thorough. I highly recommend the procedure and ear test performed, good advice and a great service.

Had NHS devices previously so this was not new territory. Excellent experience throughout. Mandeep was open, friendly and professional. Aids ready when planned and fitted easily. Follow up phone call and a follow up appointment a fortnight after fitting. Extremely impressive product. Glad I took the plunge.
