I saw Jacqueline McPolin at Mackeys…
I saw Jacqueline McPolin at Mackeys opticians for a full hearing test on Friday the 14th of March. I was very impressed by the quality of service provided considering it was free. Jacqueline was incredibly thorough and spent a considerable time and effort on checking all aspects of my hearing.

Excellent customer service
I had my first hearing test today at Mackey’s in Holywood. Jacqueline was very welcoming and explained everything really well. She helped me feel at ease through the whole process. I also found the reception staff so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place.
