No output from your hearing aid?

We know how hard it might be to get answers if you're having difficulty with your hearing aids during lockdown. At The Hearing Care Partnership we're here to help, Monday to Saturday, over the phone or on email, with any hearing related queries you may have.

We've put together the below information to help you solve some of the potential problems you may come across with your hearing aids at home. Not all hearing aid queries can be resolved at home, so if the below doesn’t help, please do get in touch.

1. Have you changed the battery?

You may have a supply of hearing aid filters in your hearing aid box.

If this doesn’t solve the problem, and you believe you hearing aid is faulty, please fill out our online hearing aid repair request form. A THCP audiologist will be in touch shortly to discuss your request.

If you would like to send your hearing aid directly to the manufacturer for repair, please download and complete the relevant paperwork linked below and send it, along with your hearing aid, directly to the manufacturers address as stated on the below also.

We recommend that hearing aids are sent via Special Delivery. They will be returned directly to you, via UPS courier.
