Many thanks to Tom Lewis at THCP
Many thanks to Tom Lewis at THCP. His great patience made the process of understanding my hearing loss and selecting the right hearing aids simple and straight-forward. He never pressured me along any particular path but clearly explained the benefits of each option.

Tom Lewis in the Ledbury shop provided an outstanding service, not just as an audiologist but as a sales person too. His professionalism and manner were very reassuring and he explained everything carefully and thoroughly. Thankyou Tom.

Tom Lewis provided excellent customer…
Tom Lewis provided excellent customer service at the Ledbury facility. He has adjusted my hearing aids so that they are now even better than before and added some additional programs which will help me immensely. So, very good on-going care.
