I was on holiday and I had forgotten to pack my charger. The shop didn’t have a spare one. Susie, the reception went to extraordinary lengths to find the nearest one to her shop. A Hearing Care centre in Christchurch and arranged for me to collect within in an hour.

I took my elderly Mum to see Alex at Walbanks in Holbury for a hearing test and to have new hearing aids fitted. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable and also had a lot of patience! Also Mums follow up appointment was very useful and any questions Mum asked were answered immediately.
