I paid more for my hearing aids than I…
I paid more for my hearing aids than I could have got similar ones elsewhere. I was happy to do this because I was promised a good service which hasn't happened. I wouldn't use this company again and obviously wouldn't recommend that you do either.

Disappinting service
Since I got my hearing aids in 2022 they have worked fine. My issue is that unless I call to arrange my 6 monthly service or my annual hearing assessment appointments, they don't happen.

Free hearing tested
I booked in to have my hearing tested. It was a very interesting experience with everything explained clearly. I hadn’t realised there were so many wonderful aids available for people with hearing problems.
