Excellent Service in Hereford
The service provided by the Hearing Care Partnership at BBR Opticians in Hereford is excellent. I was provided with a comprehensive assessment of my hearing, with clear explanations of the extent of my hearing loss with options for managing it.

It has been fantastic working with Tom to arrange a new pair of hearing aids for my grandfather. He has been incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. Tom, thank you for all your support! It has truly made a meaningful difference to our family.

The information I received about the hearing aids was honest and easy to understand. The audiologist explained everything thoroughly and was patient as I learnt how to use the hearing aids. All my questions were answered fully. The hearing aids give great clarity and are very comfortable to wear.
