Hearing Care Assistant
Tristan is a Trainee Hearing Care Assistant at The Hearing Care Partnership, where he is developing his knowledge and skills in audiology. With a background in International Business Management and experience in procurement and buying, he brings strong communication, organisation, and commercial skills to his role.
Earlier in his career, Tristan managed more than £5 million in sales and inventory across multiple countries and warehouses while working for a large retail organisation. Alongside his career, he followed his growing interest in audiology by undertaking studies at the University of Lancashire.
Tristan chose to join The Hearing Care Partnership because of its supportive culture and opportunities for professional development. He is passionate about making a positive difference to patients' health and wellbeing and enjoys learning more about audiology while helping people with their hearing care needs.
Looking ahead, Tristan is keen to continue developing his clinical knowledge and work towards becoming a Hearing Aid Dispenser. He enjoys the opportunity to learn from his colleagues and contribute to providing positive experiences for patients.
Outside of work, Tristan enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction, spending time outdoors hiking and gardening, and making memories with friends and family.
