Stephanie Lakin

Audiologist

Stephanie is a Hearing Aid Dispenser at The Hearing Care Partnership, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for helping people improve their quality of life through better hearing. Alongside her Award in Hearing Aid Dispensing Competence, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Psychology and a Master’s in Occupational Psychology. Before moving into audiology, Stephanie spent 20 years in Vocational Rehabilitation, developing a deep understanding of long-term health conditions through Health Psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Stephanie was drawn to The Hearing Care Partnership for its balanced working environment and its commitment to delivering the highest standards of audiology and customer care. In her role, she values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and enjoys the close collaboration between the audiology, optics, and reception teams.

Outside of work, Stephanie finds joy in music, singing with a choir, and dancing for fitness. She also practises Tai Chi for mindfulness and relaxation. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, creating with Lego, and spending time with loved ones, whether dining out, attending concerts, or enjoying the theatre.
