Naimul is a Hearing Aid Audiologist at The Hearing Care Partnership, bringing extensive experience and a genuine passion for improving people’s quality of life. He trained at De Montfort University, achieving a First-Class Honours degree in Healthcare Science (Audiology), after earlier studying Biomedical Science. His love of science began at school, where his efforts were recognised with the Student of the Year award in 2011.
Before joining The Hearing Care Partnership, Naimul spent more than seven years as a Senior Audiologist at Bedford Hospital. During this time, he supported adults with complex needs and led the domiciliary service. He originally trained with the same Audiology Department during his university placement, later securing his first graduate role there before progressing to senior level within just three years.
Naimul chose The Hearing Care Partnership because of its person-centred approach, inclusive care, and commitment to providing every individual with the opportunity to live well through better hearing. He believes hearing is central to communication, connection, and maintaining relationships, and is motivated by the chance to make a real difference.
In his role, he is most looking forward to helping patients rediscover the sounds they love, developing new skills, and working with the latest hearing technology.
Outside of work, Naimul enjoys spending time with family and friends, tackling DIY projects, painting and drawing, and staying active through football, cricket, badminton, basketball, and F1. He also loves travelling with his wife, exploring new cultures, and hopes to learn more languages in the future.
