Jessica began her journey in hearing care after completing her BSc in Audiology at the University of Southampton in 2013. She went on to qualify as a registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC three years later, also through Southampton, before further advancing her aural care skills in 2018 with specialist microsuction training at Aston University.
She chose to join Leightons because of its strong reputation for exceptional customer service and access to industry-leading hearing technology. For Jessica, these values closely reflect her own commitment to delivering personalised, high-quality care for every patient.
Jessica thrives on continuous learning and enjoys developing her clinical skills to become an even stronger audiologist. She also values working within a multi-skilled team, where collaboration and shared expertise help her grow both professionally and personally.
Away from the clinic, Jessica loves to cook. She often immerses herself in a specific cuisine, perfecting each dish through creativity and practice. She also enjoys spending time outdoors and taking long walks with her dog, Frank.
