James began his journey in the hearing care industry in 2020 and has since developed a strong foundation in audiology. He holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Plymouth and completed his Award in Hearing Aid Competence through Hidden Hearing, graduating at the top of his class.
He was drawn to The Hearing Care Partnership for its focus on high-quality, in-depth testing and its patient-first approach. The flexibility to work with a range of hearing aid manufacturers and the welcoming culture also made us a great fit for James, both professionally and personally.
In his role, James is looking forward to learning more about comprehensive testing methods, supporting the growth of new clinics, and building relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, James enjoys staying active through running and weight training. He’s a keen traveller, having explored five continents, with India and Argentina among his favourite destinations. He also values spending time outdoors and relaxing with his family.
