Join us in welcoming Jack to The Hearing Care Partnership. As a Trainee Hearing Care Assistant, he brings a strong background in customer service, alongside his A-Level and GCSE qualifications.
Jack's interest in audiology began while working as an optical assistant, where he discovered a passion for helping people and delivering excellent patient care. He was drawn to The Hearing Care Partnership because of its commitment to personalised service, professional development, and putting patients at the heart of everything it does.
In his role, Jack enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and learning more about audiology every day. He is excited to develop his knowledge and skills while supporting people on their hearing care journey.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys getting creative in the kitchen and is always looking for ways to perfect his brownie recipe. He also loves spending quality time with his family, whether that's enjoying a day out at the zoo or relaxing with a video game.
With his enthusiasm for learning and dedication to patient care, Jack is a valued member of The Hearing Care Partnership team.
