I was very pleased with the service I received and, most importantly, I can hear clearly again! Hayley was very clear in explaining the procedure after inspecting my ears and was happy to answer general questions about ear canal maintenance. She carried out a hearing test afterwards.

Excellent experience
I have suffered with a build up of wax in my ears for many years. I have been to see many professionals through other companies and they haven't been the best help! I was seen by Hannah on two occasions over the past week and she has been amazing.
