The Hearing Care Partnership Cwmbran is located within Cwmbran Eyecare on The Parade, a newly rebranded independent opticians in the heart of the town centre. A full hearing care service is available on site too, covering everything from a free hearing test and professional ear wax removal to advanced hearing aid solutions and dedicated tinnitus support.
Formerly Armstrong & North, previously located in Friars Walk in Newport, the practice relocated to Cwmbran and reopened in August 2026 under new local ownership. It’s now run by Craig and Farrah Chilton, a couple who live nearby in Ty Canol, as a genuinely independent business.
That independence means clinicians are free to recommend what’s genuinely right for each patient, with appointments that are never rushed and a team that wants people to feel comfortable, even if they just pop in for a chat.
