Due to the current coronavirus outbreak, our clinics are currently closed and we are only able to support existing customers with consumables and repairs. The optical practices that run our clinics are also closed, so please call 0800 52 00 546 to get in touch.
If you require a repair to your hearing aid, all repairs will be sent directly to the manufacturer, and then returned directly to you to minimise the need for unnecessary personal contact.
We will continue to update all our patients via email and website.

If you have a new continuous cough or high temperature (of 37.8 degrees centigrade or higher), please stay at home (self-isolate) for 7 days from the onset of symptoms. If someone you live with has developed these symptoms, please self-isolate for 14 days, following the current advice. If you have serious symptoms you cannot manage at home, please go to NHS 111 Online (only call 111 if you cannot get online).
